Terminal 2- Postcode TW6 1EW. Height restriction for Terminal Parking 2 is 2.2m.
Follow the signs for Terminals 2 & 3. Go through the main tunnel towards Terminals 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel you’ll see signage for both terminals, stay in the right-hand lane for the Terminal Parking 2 (Formerly Short Stay). Follow the signage and stay in the lane driving past the central bus station and continuing in the lane toward the car park. Do not go to Drop-Off (upper ramp) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
You’ll then head up the ramp, staying in the right-hand lane sign posted Terminal Parking Passenger Pick up and then a height restriction barrier, Stay in the right-hand lane for Level 4 and use the barrier furthest to your right.
Take the barrier ticket and enter the car park. Entering the car park on Level 4 follow the signs for Off Airport Parking and then park your vehicle in "Row B" where you will be met by a Chauffeur to collect your car.
Terminal 3- Postcode TW6 3QG. Height restriction for Terminal Parking 3 is 2.2m.
Follow the signs for Terminals 2 & 3. Go through the main tunnel towards Terminals 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel you’ll see signage for both terminals, stay in 2nd lane from the left signposted Terminal 3 Terminal Parking 3 (Formerly Short Stay). After the traffic lights, follow the lane all the way around and you’ll then see the road open up to many lanes, stay to the right signposted Terminal 3 and enter the Terminal Parking car park passing the height restriction barrier. Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW “A” where you will be met by a Chauffeur to collect your car.
Do not go to Drop-Off or Valet Parking as there are additional fees to enter these areas which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Terminal 5 - Post Code TW6 2GA. Height restriction for Terminal Parking is 2.2m.
Drive towards the Pick-up and departure. As you go up the ramp you will see signs for the Terminal Parking car park. Follow the sign (this is Level 4 of the terminal car park) but keep in the left-hand side lane marked fast track business parking, drive to the barrier and take a ticket, (There is no additional charge to the customer for entering the terminal car park) then proceed to row R or S, where you will be met by a Chauffeur to collect your car.
Do not go to Drop-Off or Heathrow Meet & Greet as there are additional fees to enter these areas which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Vehicle Collection Points:
Terminal 2: Head to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park (formerly Short Stay). Your vehicle will be ready in the Off-Airport parking area, rows A & B.
Terminal 3: From the arrivals hall, before the exit door on the right, take the lift to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park (formerly Short Stay). Find your vehicle in rows A & B, marked with Off-Airport Meet & Greet signage.
Terminal 5: Exit into the main arrivals hall, turn left, and take the lift up to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park (formerly Short Stay). Your vehicle will be in rows R or S, within the Off-Airport Meet & Greet area.
Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.
For last minute date or time changes from the day before your booking starts, contact Park Giant on 07857366664 or 07594517711. To avoid additional car park charges, call at least 30 minutes before reaching the airport and ensure you are contactable on the number provided in your booking. Park Giant will only cover a maximum of 15 minutes of parking.
Customers must photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point to support any damage claim. This car park is located within the ULEZ zone and charges apply on both your departure and return dates.
For electric vehicles, a minimum of 15% charge is required on arrival. Park Giant guarantees at least 80% charge on return. Please leave your 3-pin EV charging cable in the vehicle. Standard charging times apply and may be affected by your travel dates and times. Tesla Supercharging is available on request with the Meet and Greet service, and additional Tesla charges may apply. Park Giant cannot accept liability for issues relating to EV charging or charging levels.
Park Giant car park is regularly assessed by a specialist team from the British Parking Association’s Safer Parking Scheme and by local Police. There is perimeter fencing, on-site security patrols 24/7 and CCTV.
Airport Fee's: Included - Park Giant include this fee of £7.50 each way, for your convenience.
Overstay charges: £25 per day.
Overnight charge: £40 for the first hour, then £25 for each additional hour.
Early return fee: £20 if you return before your booked date.
Larger vehicles: Additional charges apply for Long Wheel Base vehicles and those over 2m in height – please email contact@parkgiant.co.uk to confirm availability and receive further instructions.
ULEZ charges: Standard ULEZ fees apply where relevant.
